If you do not receive your item within 60 days Pineal Vision Jewelry will offer you a full refund AND you can keep the order when it arrives. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on items labeled “to be delivered” in your tracking information unless 60 days have passed and you did not receive your item.
Please note, the 60 days starts the day you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, not the day you purchased the item.

Pineal Vision Jewelry offers a 14 day return policy. You may return your item up to 14 days after it's been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your jewelry was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a free gift was included with your order you must also return the free gift.
Customized/Personalized and Sale items
All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are final sale (excludes items purchased with the email signup coupon code). Customized/personalized pieces are also final sale. We note in the product description of customized and personalized items that they are final sale.
In the interest of health and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings or body jewelry. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the customer. By purchasing these items you accept the sale is final.
Please read and understand the full product description carefully, ensuring you order the correct gauge, size, length, and material. The buyer is fully responsible for making sure the item is suitable before purchasing and checking for potential metal sensitivities or allergies before purchasing any of our products.
We currently do not offer exchanges. But please email us because we may be able to resolve the issue.
You must be able to provide the proof of purchase, if your item was a gift, in order to return it.
Oxidation is a natural occurrence with base metal jewelry (copper, brass, bronze, alloy, etc.). We cannot take returns based on this.
It's best to take off jewelry before swimming, showering, sweating, applying lotions or perfumes, etc. to keep your pieces looking shiny for as long as possible. If your piece does tarnish, you can use a polishing cloth to shine it up.
We do our very best at making sure your item is secure, however, if your item arrived damaged please contact us with a photo of the damaged piece.
How To To Return Your Item
- Contact us with your reason for the return/refund.
- If the items were not as described, defective, broken, or missing parts please send a photo of the item.
- Please send a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will instruct you on where to send the product(s).
- Once we receive your email, we will determine if a return is applicable and notify you on the next steps.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after we receive the returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
It is recommended that you purchase a tracking code because we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. If you're returning an item(s) over $75 it's suggested that you purchase shipping insurance.
