Return Policy

Pineal Vision Jewelry offers a 7 day return policy. You may return your item up to 7 days after it's been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your jewelry was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized and Sale items

All sale items and custom made/personalized pieces are final sale.

Pierced Earrings

In the interest of health and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings or body jewelry. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the customer. By purchasing these items you accept the sale is final.

Product Descriptions

Please read and understand the full product description carefully, ensuring you order the correct gauge, size, length and material. The buyer is fully responsible for making sure the item is suitable before purchasing and checking for potential metal sensitivities or allergies before purchasing any of our products.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. But please email us because we may be able to resolve the issue.

Gifts

You must be able to provide the proof of purchase, if your item was a gift, in order to return it. 

Jewelry Oxidation

Oxidation is a natural occurrence with base metal jewelry (copper, brass, bronze, alloy, etc.). We cannot take returns based on this. 

It's best to take off jewelry before swimming, showering, sweating, applying lotions or perfumes, etc. to keep your pieces looking shiney for as long as possible. If your piece does tarnish, you can use a polishing cloth to shine it up.

Damages

We do our very best at making sure your item is secure, however if your item arrived damaged please contact us with a photo of the damaged piece.

How To To Return Your Item

  1. Email us at info@pinealvisionjewelry.com with your reason for return/refund.
  2. If the items were not as described, defective, broken or missing parts please send a photo of the item.
  3. Please send a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment warehouse. We will instruct you on where to send the product(s).
  5. Once we receive your email, we will determine if a return is applicable and notify you on the next steps.
  6. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

It is recommended that you purchase a tracking code because we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. If you're returning an item(s) over $75 it's suggested that you purchase shipping insurance.

Pineal Vision Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns or exchanges.
