Due to COVID-19, things are taking longer than normal. That's why we've made standard shipping (with tracking) free.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders to all countries!
Orders may ship in multiple packages. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We ship to all US states and territories addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions.

Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Once your order leaves the country the warehouse is located, it can take on average 10 days before you get your next tracking update before the package reaches your country.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Your order may ship via a variety of shipping carriers.
Items within the same order may ship in multiple packages.

International Customs Duty Tax

Returns
Pineal Vision Jewelry offers a 14 day return policy for unworn or defective items purchased at pinealvisionjewelry.com. You may return your item(s) in their original packaging up to 14 days after it's been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
We require photos of the damaged or defective item(s). This helps us determine manufacturing errors or if the item was damaged during shipment. Please email us your photos to info@pinealvisionjewelry.com along with your Order Number.
Sale Items, Promotions, Markdowns and Coupon Codes
Items purchased during sales, promotions or with a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make your selections with care and review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. Need help or have questions? Please contact us.
Custom Name Jewelry
Custom name jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need help or have any questions please contact us.
Jewelry Oxidation
Oxidation is a natural occurrence with base metal jewelry (copper, brass, bronze, alloy, etc.). We cannot take returns based on this.
It's best to take off jewelry before swimming, showering, sweating, applying lotions or perfumes, etc. to keep your pieces looking shiny for as long as possible. If your piece does tarnish, you can use a polishing cloth to shine it up.
Pineal Vision Jewelry reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.
Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem!
For exchanges, the item(s) must be mailed back in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt or your exchange order will be canceled. Once we receive confirmation that the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items you are exchanging for are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
