Before You Place Your Order
Please carefully review all your information before placing your order, especially your shipping address. We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted.
Canceling An Order
We allow a 4 hour window to cancel your order before it begins processing. Send us an email to Info@pinealvisionjewelory.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Include in the email subject line “Cancel for Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]” If 4hours have passed then please refer to our Return Policy below for returning the item(s).
Pineal Vision Jewelry reserves the right to cancel an order, or certain items within an order, for any reason. Items/orders may be canceled after the order is placed for various reasons, including, but not limited to, stock availability.
Can I Make Changes To My Order?
We are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. This includes, but is not limited to, address changes or item changes.
Pineal Vision Jewelry offers a 30-day return policy for new, unworn or defective items purchased at pinealvisionjewelry.com. You may return your item(s) in their original packaging up to 30 days after it's been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
You may return these items. We require photos of the damaged or defective item(s). This helps us determine manufacturing errors or if the item was damaged during shipment. Please email us your photos to email@example.com along with your Order Number.
Short Term Sales, Promotions, and Coupon Codes
Items purchased during temporary sales, promotions, or with a discount code of more than 20% off cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item has a defect due to our error. Please make your selections with care and review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. Need help or have questions? Please contact us.

Items purchased from our SALE section are final and cannot be returned for exchanged unless the item has a defect due to our error.
Custom Name Jewelry
Custom name jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item has a defect due to our error. If you need help or have any questions please contact us.
Oxidation is a natural occurrence with base metal jewelry (copper, brass, bronze, alloy, etc.). We cannot take returns for jewelry that has oxidized.
It's best to take off jewelry before swimming, showering, sweating, applying lotions or perfumes, etc. to keep your pieces looking shiny for as long as possible. If your piece does tarnish, you can use a polishing cloth to shine it up.
Pineal Vision Jewelry reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem!
For exchanges, we accept any unworn or defective items purchased at pinealvisionjewelry.com.
The item(s) must be mailed back in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt or your exchange order will be canceled.
Once we receive confirmation that the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing.
If any items you are exchanging for are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
You may exchange your item(s) for other item(s) of equal or lesser value.
If you exchange for an item of lesser value we will refund you the difference.
If you exchange for an item(s) of greater value we will send you an invoice of the amount owed. This amount needs to be paid before we ship out the item(s) you are exchanging for.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return will usually be processed within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been accepted. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be posted to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
For US customers: Please email us for a prepaid return shipping label. We will send you a PDF return shipping label that you will need to print out and attach to your package.
For International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take up to several weeks to reach us.
Pineal Vision Jewelry is not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse. Please keep your proof of postage receipt and ship your return using a tracking number. We can not be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue the return or exchange.
Undeliverable Shipping Address
If a customer enters an undeliverable shipping address that cannot receive deliveries from any of our carriers posted on our Shipping Policy page, and if the mail cannot be returned to sender (ie. post office disposes of the package), Pineal Vision Jewelry cannot offer a refund. It will be the responsibility of the customer to re-purchase the items. It is the customer's responsibility to enter a shipping address that can accept deliveries from our shipping carriers.
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, within our sale collection, we will happily offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for short-term promotions or discounts. We cannot retroactively apply promotions or discounts to orders placed before the promotion or discount was activated.
How To Initiate A Return or Exchange:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return or exchange. In the email subject line include “Return” or “Exchange” along with your Order Number.
If the item(s) were defective or damaged due to our manufacturing error please send photos of the item(s). Please send a receipt or proof of purchase. Include in the email subject line “Damaged Item for Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]”.
Once we receive your email, we will determine if a return or exchange is applicable and notify you of the next steps.
- If approved, we will instruct you on where to send your return.
- For US customers: we will send a PDF of a prepaid return shipping label.
For International customers: return shipping and the costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We will instruct you on where to send your return.
- Once we physically receive the item(s) back and inspect that the item(s) are eligible for a return/exchange, your refund or exchange order will begin processing.
- For Returns: You’ll receive a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been accepted. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be posted to the original form of payment.
- For Exchanges: We will go ahead and ship out your exchange item(s) to the shipping address on your original order. We will send you a confirmation email once your exchange ships out with your new tracking number.
