Payment Times
Payment is due upfront by purchasing our product(s) through our secure shopping cart. We do not ship any items before payment has been processed. Payment is processed virtualy immidiently once you place your order.
Accepted Methods of Payments
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Coupon Codes
Pineal Vision Jewelry sometimes offers coupon codes to be used during store sales and promotions. We will offer coupon codes or announce store sales through our social media channels or sent to your inbox if you join our email list. Coupon codes can be redeemed for the items listed with the sale.
Price Adjustments
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, within our sale collection, we will happily offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for short-term promotions or discounts. We cannot retroactively apply promotional or discount codes to orders placed before the promotion or discount was activated.
Currency Exchange
Pineal Vision Jewelry is a US based business that uses US merchant services. We proces all payments in USD (United States Dollars). Payments are accepted through our payment processors at the current exchange rate. Which means the value of a refund to a non USD buyer may fluctuate, at the discretion of the Payment Processor (Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Your refund, if you qualify for one, will be processed in USD for the amount you paid in USD at the time of your purchase. Fluctuations in currency conversions will likely occur, therefore, you may receive a different amount than you paid in your local currency, which could be higher or lower than the amount you initially paid.
Issues with Payment Methods
If your credit card was declined, either your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try another payment method and/or contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.
